EasyLynq app

The EasyLynq app (hereinafter referred to as the APP) is provided by Eurofluxo as a free app for professional use.

It is only useful when connected to our servers or the servers of authorized third-party companies (hereinafter referred to as the SERVERS). A user account is required to operate the APP.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the APP.

If you choose to use the APP, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the APP operation. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at the APP unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using the APP, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The APP uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

2. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use the APP, in a case of an error in the application, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the APP, and other statistics.

3. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies due to the following reasons:

to facilitate our Service;
to provide the Service on our behalf;
to perform Service-related services; or
to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of the APP that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

4. The information we collect

We may collect and store the following information:

4.1. Registration data

When you log on to our SERVERS, we require you to provide your username and password for authentication purposes. No other data is required.

4.2. Usage and log data

When you interact with our SERVERS, we may use a variety of technologies that collect information about how the APP is used. This information may include:

· the details of the queries you make and the date and time of your requests;

· User Content you post to or receive from our SERVERS such as messages and photos;

· technical data, which may include your IP address, the type of device you are using, unique device ID, device attributes, network connection type (e.g., WiFi, 3G, LTE) and provider, network and device performance, language, and operating system.

· motion-generated or orientation-generated mobile sensor data (e.g., accelerometer or gyroscope).

4.3. Your mobile device

CALL PHONE: the APP will not initiate a phone call without first getting your explicit permission. The APP may initiate a phone call without going through the dialer user interface only on your request.

READ PHONE STATE: the APP will not read your phone state without first getting your explicit permission. The APP will have read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and the list of any phone accounts registered on the device. These data will never be transferred to our SERVERS.

WRITE IN EXTERNAL STORAGE: the APP will not write data to its private storage without first getting your explicit permission. Read access is implicitly granted. The stored private data will never be transferred to our SERVERS.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Links to Other Sites

The APP may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Children’s Privacy

The APP does not address anyone under the age of 13 (In some countries, stricter age limits may apply). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the applicable age limit. In the case we discover that a child under the applicable age limit has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our SERVERS. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age limit and become aware that your child has provided personal information to our SERVERS, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. You may also request exercise of your applicable access, rectification, cancellation, and/or objection rights.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to our Privacy Policy. When we make material changes to the agreements, we’ll provide you with prominent notice within the APP. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Please therefore make sure you read any such notice carefully. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Privacy Policy, you may terminate your licensing contract by contacting us.
