Chia Laguna Resort, a luxurious Italian property, has selected EasyLynq Hotel to manage the telephone communications and the automatic wake-up call service for its guests.

This 5-star property, located in the south of the Sardinia island, has about 500 rooms, bungalows and suites.

EasyLynq connects to the voice server Cisco CallManager 8.6 and the front-office system Opera, from Micros/Fidelio. The wake-up service, implemented by means of a SIP trunking connection, is available for guests in 7 languages.
