Bewleys Hotels selects EasyLynq Hotel PDF Print E-mail

The Bewleys Hotels Group, based in the UK, has selected EasyLynq Hotel for its six properties located in England and recently equipped with Avaya/Nortel CS1000 PABXs.

Altogether, the six properties have approximately 2200 accommodation and conference rooms.

EasyLynq interconnects these systems to the Opera property management system from Micros/Fidelio.

The Espírito Santo Group broadened the EasyLynq Server in order to extend call management to all branch network and companies.

Currently accounting nearly 16600 extensions, EasyLynq manages an OpenScape Voice IP voice server from Siemens, 3 NEC-Philips iS3000 and 8 HiPath 4000.

The Millennium BCP Group has selected EasyLynq Server for the voice communications management in its branches network in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique.

This financial institution, the largest private portuguese bank, owns more than 1300 branches spreaded in the above countries. The EasyLynq system, configured for 11 Cisco CallManager clusters, 7 Siemens HiPath 4000 and 5 Avaya/Nortel, is managing about 42000 extensions.

EasyLynq Hotel certified by Micros/Fidelio for PMS versions 6, Suite 7, Suite 8 and Opera.

EasyLynq Hotel interface has been approved by Micros/Fidelio for FIAS 2.11.

On 16 October 2007, Micros/Fidelio issued the final approval of the EasyLynq Hotel FIAS interface. This approval was issued after six months of extensive testing at multiple sites using the FIAS interface protocol.

The thorough testing of this interface leads to a stable, high quality TCP/IP interface protocol, covering the extensive needs of today's and future hotel operations, including but not limited to Call Accounting, Check-in, Check-out, level-9 barring, room-status, wakeup and voicemail handling.

Micros/Fidelio users who want to change their current interface to the approved Easylynq TCP/IP FIAS protocol (Fidelio Part-No: 5001-309) should contact their local Fidelio representative for more details.
